BIO F.R.E.A.K.S.
Bio F.R.E.A.K.S. is probably one of the most interesting inclusions on this list- because it comes from Midway Games themselves. The game was marketed quite a bit, and no doubt Midway hoped for it to become the next big thing- but rather than making an original, decent fighter, they decided to make a game that ripped off their own Mortal Kombat generously. On top of that, they also decided to stuff the game full of weird, poorly implemented gimmicks, making the entire thing just a disappointingly broken experience.
