DARKEATER MIDIR (DARK SOULS 3: THE RINGED CITY)

In terms of lore, visual design, and music, Darkeater Midir in the Dark Souls 3 DLC is easily one of the best Souls bosses ever- but the actual fight is more a battle of attrition than a test of skill, which is a little disappointing to see in this series. Sure, Midir does insane amounts of damage with its attacks, some of which can be very hard to dodge, but what prolongs this fight more than anything else is Midir’s massive health pool. It just drags things out for too long and ends up making the encounter much longer than it needed to be.
