Mysterious Stranger – Fallout 3 And Fallout New Vegas
Equip the Mysterious Stranger perk in Fallout 3 and you might get some assistance in battle from the well-dressed stranger. He appears out of nowhere to lend a helping hand but his identity and connection to the rest of the wasteland remain unknown. It is hinted at that he is the father of the lonesome Wanderer, but little else is known. But at least he’s still willing to kill some mutants.
