SEPULCHER (SILENT HILL: HOMECOMING)
Just consider for a moment what the Sepulcher represents- it is a manifestation of a person’s guilt over having buried his own son alive. Even going beyond that, though, it just looks horrifying. A weird cross between a decaying corpse and a rotting tree, with haphazard outgrowths that look both like a plant and a dead human. Hell, even it’s movements are incredibly unsettling, what with it crawling using its long, spindly arms and dragging its entire body behind itself. Even for Silent Hill, the Sepulcher is particularly horrifying, and that’s saying something.
