Killzone 2
Despite its controversial E3 reveal, Killzone 2 was able to win the hearts of thousands of gamers – all thanks to a solid gameplay loop that’s present at the very core of the experience. The guns feel amazing to shoot, and the campaign consistently treats you with one memorable firefight after another. And while the visuals might not stack up to the ambitious pre-release standards, Killzone 2 was a showcase for the power of the PS3’s Cell architecture.
