This quest has “Rockstar” written all over it. In a saloon in the Van Horn Trading Post, close to the mining city of Annesburg, Arthur runs into a large man with a child’s disposition called Bertram, and a woman, Marjorie, who takes care of him- they’re both members of members of a traveling sideshow, and the third member and a key part of their act, the dwarf magician Magnifico, has gone missing. The setup is fairly simple- Arthur heads out to look for Magnifico, but the way the short story unfolds is entertaining beyond belief,  the little we see of their interactions is outlandish in the most Rockstar way imaginable, and the time we spend with these eccentric, bizarre characters is brief, but oh-so-memorable.
