12. The Last Guardian
After what Fumito Ueda had delivered with Shadow of the Colossus, the announcement of The Last Guardian was all what was needed to make Sony fans give an exulting cry of cheer. Only that the game has been delayed since its official announcement of 2009.
After facing several issues including Ueda’s departure as Sony’s full time employ, it’s not quite expected of team Ico to showcase the announcement of the gameplay or release date of The Last Guardian. All we want is that the game be released soon. We’ll even be happy with a few snapshots or development progress review or something some such.
