10. Microsoft’s love for PC Gaming
Microsoft’s Xbox boss Phil Spencer has claimed that he plans on bringing the company’s PC gaming focus back. “I agree that MS needs to up our gaming presence on Windows. Part of my XBOX role is to bring back our Windows gaming focus,” he tweeted. Now we are pretty sure that this will happen at some point given that Spencer has been pretty aggressive with his policies but it’s highly doubtful that we will hear anything about it at E3 2014.
Plus whatever they did with Halo can’t simply be forgotten. They introduce a mind boggling game to the PC and the Xbox, then they come out with a half made game next, and subsequently they completely scrape the series off of the PC platform. It was outrageous but the fallout of this hasn’t deterred Microsoft from not releasing Halo games for PC.
