Hartmann Federal Penitentiary is featured in the main game of Mafia 2, but the prison break is seen in its DLC, Jimmy’s Vendetta, where the titular Jimmy creates some chaos and gives himself a chance to escape the dour compound. It’s a great moment that capitalizes on the style and unique story telling of Mafia 2. It’s a bombastic, flashy piece of content that fleshes out the world even more, showing what the game’s crazy cast of characters is capable of.
