Let’s rewind to the beginning of the year to speak about one of the most significant sequels we have seen so far in 2024. Tekken 8 arrived several years after its predecessor, and was well worth the wait, delivering not only some of the best and most crunching action the series has ever had, but also a hefty amount of content to keep players occupied consistently. Sure, the game has attracted some controversy with its post-launch monetization practices, but there’s no doubting that Tekken 8 still stands as one of the best fighting games in recent years.
