XCom: Enemy Unknown – Uber Erethral
The final foe of the lengthy campaign to save the human race against the alien onslaught is the Uber Erethral, with the kind of build up that would suggest the creature is a force to be reckoned with. However, after crawling through the rest of the game, the final encounter with the Uber Erethral and his two Erethral cohorts can easily be surmounted through a pair of snipers taking aim at his big head, ending the game within a turn, and without even touching the other two. All that psychic power, and he never saw that coming.
