Okay, yes, there is a non-lethal route in Dishonored. But the fact is, even if you do go the bloodthirsty route, everything ends up working out for protagonist Corvo anyway. You kill everyone involved in the conspiracy, kill the people who really did the crime, and by the end you’re cleared of any wrongdoing. Sure, you didn’t kill the Empress like they said, and yeah you killed criminals, but that kind of vigilante justice is generally frowned upon.
