Halo 5 [the next Halo]:
While there has been no real “official” announcement that the next game in the Halo series will be titled Halo 5, it’s a safe bet that we can call it that, because well, all the Halo games have the word “Halo,” in them.
Scheduled for release sometime in 2014, Xbox One should get a new Halo game. There is surely going to be plenty of people who will be ecstatic to step back into the shoes of Master Chief. Halo 4 also moved us firmly into Forerunner territory. 343 Studios did a pretty solid job taking over from Bungie and did the series justice, especially in the single player campaign. If this is what we’ve got to look forward to for Halo 5, than those of us picking up a Xbox One on launch will have one hell of a Halo game to look forward to.
