Before Astro Bot’s launch, creative director Nicolas Doucet proclaimed that it would take only 12 to 15 hours to beat (give or take some time to collect everything). The team wanted a game with a constant tempo and level of quality, which certainly shows. Each level is fine-tuned, offering incredible gameplay with unique challenges and mechanics, without overstaying its welcome. It’s just a constant barrage of high-quality platforming, backed by some of the best visuals and music in the genre.
