3. Sonic The hedgehog 3 – Ice Cap Zone

Sonic has always seemed a little weird to me, but that is not to say that the games were any less fun. In Sonic the Hedgehog 3, there’s a stage called the Ice Cap Zone.

This stage is full of peril; from falling ice knives to imploding floors and sliding platforms to crushing ice presses. This level lived up to the fast paced adventure that Sonic games promised with a nice setting to compliment the game. The boss was a good bit of fun too.
