11. Mario Kart 64 – Sherbert Land
SHerbert Land in Mario Kart 64 was awesome and frustrating for the same reasons. The ice levels had the traction of karts cranked down a bit so you had to adapt to the handling to not spin out.
On top of that, going at fast speeds you had to encounter penguins while avoiding falling in the lake.
