This one actually makes a lot of sense. Cole McGrath’s powers are all electricity-based, to the point where he’s pretty much just electricity in human form. Electricity and water don’t mix very well, so Cole being averse to water makes sense. But then again, in inFamous: Second Son, Delsin, whose powers have nothing to do with electricity, also can’t swim- which doesn’t make too much sense.
