METAL GEAR SOLID 2
Metal Gear Solid 2 is a prime example of an excellent game being let down on PC due to poor otimization. From ignoring the PC’s lack of analog input methods to frequent crashes, from visuals bugs and glitches to similar issues with the audio, Sons of Liberty on PC had a lot of issues. It wasn’t absolutely unplayable, but it was also not nearly as good as its PS2 counterpart.
