What makes P.T. so terrifying is that it is a closed loop. You endlessly walk through the same hallway again and again, but with knowledge that each time you restart the loop there will be something new to scare the pants off you. During one of these loops, as you reach the center of the hall, you hear a voice over the radio say, “look behind you.” You are immediate filled with dread as you slowly do a 180. Then, as you face the other way the game’s haunting female ghost leaps in front of the camera before everything goes black.
