There’s a lot to do in Spider-Man, from challenges to taking out thugs to stopping random crimes to just swinging around the city, but the one thing all activities in the game have in common is that no matter what it is you’re doing, you’ll probably find some tiny little details that will make you appreciate the game and the world it builds that much more. Insane attention to detail in games is now at a point where every game is trying to one up all the others, and Spidey is just full of these details. Here in this feature, we’re going to take a look at fifteen such details.

THE SUITS

One of the many, many reasons Spider-Man feels like a dream come true for fans of the character and the property is because the game lets players equip the wallcrawler with several different suits, pulled in from movies, comics, the animated show, with Insomniac’s original creations thrown in as well. What’s really amazing, though, is just how detailed these suits are. Equip any one of them, and you can actually see right down to the threading of the fabric.
