Headshots have had quite a history in video games. They have always managed to provide gamers with an entirely new kind of satisfaction and enthralled them to new heights even in the most drab and hackneyed of games. Even though our good old Doom may have missed out on that, but right from landing on Goombas’ heads to today’s games that make players skull demolishing bullet experts.

All of this has had a special place in our minds since ever and these times have redefined thrill for us more than once. Here is a handful of those headshots that had us in a nervous frenzy of excitement and awe.

The following list is in random order. 

15. TF 2 Headshot

As simple as Team Fortress 2’s mechanics may be, landing a bullet on a moving target’s head is tedious. We see here as the Sniper spots a Soldier running about and takes his head off just as the soldier is about to land on the other roof after his jump.
