RAGE 2 MUSICAL PERFORMANCE – E3 2018
To be fair, the musical performance from Andrew W.K. to kick off the RAGE 2 presentation at Bethesda’s 2018 press event wasn’t a bad one. No, it was actually pretty good, for what it was. It fit the tone of the game, the tone of the way the game would go on to be marketed, and it didn’t sound half-bad. But one look at the crowd would be enough to make you cringe right out of your skin. Awkward glimpses at the camera, deadpan expressions in stark contrast to the blaring music, and some dazed faces that were wondering just what the hell was going on- it was funny in a very “oh no, make it stop” sort of way.
