Silent Hill: Downpour
Silent Hill: Downpour’s Boogey Man is a terrifying villain from the outset, but this chilling scene solidifies him as a cold-blooded creature. A small child who is guarding a door is simply playing with his truck, waiting for the hero to find the password so he can open the door. Right at that moment the boogeyman arrives, preceded by an outpouring of water. He picks up the child and snaps his neck in a scene that remains hard to watch to this day.
