Microtransactions in GTA Online
Perhaps the most annoying part of GTA Online is the presence of microtransactions. Grinding for money is difficult, which encourages players to purchase Shark Cards to have fun. Some have claimed that this is a “pay-to-win” mechanic, and it’s hard to argue against this, as players with money can purchase vehicles, weapons, and properties with ease.
