1. Psychological Horror
What better way to make a horror game a little more unsettling by putting a bunch of unsettled teens in an awry place and have their feelings of distrust, suspicion and fear pumped up through the use of some brilliantly made environmental elements and character interactions. Until Dawn’s demo itself had been enough to give us an idea of adroit and fastidious the developers have been with the little things.
Until Dawn may not seem to be a spectacular and a truly novel game in its concept, but it has superb potential as a game which makes the generic really enrapturing, if the demo portends anything. The developers still have time to improve upon what they have almost mastered, and only time would tell what they have in store for us.
