5. Putting Action In Words
While most of may subscribe to putting ‘words into action’, Insomniac Games decided it was utter tripe that had been pounding their ears for years. So they put action into words.
This is evident as you scramble through the city with your assorted arsenal of guns that trigger an equally variegated of text prompts that describe the respective actions. Got a freeze gun? Shooting would prompt a ‘Brrr’ text. An explosion? ‘Boom’! Headshot? Headshot. Who thought onomatopoeias could be so much fun?
