This is a problem in some of the Hitman games. They’ll be a big crowd of people, you slit someone’s throat or you poison someone’s drink in front of everyone, the person flops down and dies, and no one saw it. Being sneaky and subtle about it is one thing, but it should be pretty obvious the guy next to the recently killed person is a top suspect.
