THE REMOVAL OF DEXNAV

But Game Freak weren’t just content removing the PSS and Super Training, either- DexNav, the excellent innovation that told you if you had any Pokemon left uncaught in an area, as well as let you chain specific species of Pokemon, in an effort to EV train, or catch ones with better abilities, natures, or IVs, is now gone, too. Most of the DexNav’s functionality survives in Sun/Moon, spread across the Pokedex, or other kinds of Pokemon battles- but again, it was having it all centralized and in one place, accessible with one tap of the touch screen, that made it so revelatory in the first place.
