Returning to Orbit Glitch

Having a fun time in Trials? Wouldn’t it be amazing if you were suddenly returned to Orbit for no reason at all other than you were “joining a new fire team”? This despite the fact that there is no fire team you’re joining? It’s almost as bad as a friend joining on you and effectively pulling you out of the Nightfall except in Trials, you can’t join back with your team. And you wonder why no one takes Destiny seriously in terms of competitive play.
