Death Stranding is one of the most unusual open world games ever made, and Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is looking set to scale similar heights. Kojima Productions has kept a tight lid on details related to its gameplay side of things, but even the little that we do know points to intriguing improvements, including real-time terrain changes, having to deal with natural disasters, a new setting outside of North America, and more.
