GOD OF WAR: RAGNAROK

God of War 2

God of War’s 2018 revival was an unforgettable moment for the series, for SIE Santa Monica as a developer, and for PlayStation as a whole, and in that one moment, the series went from being a beloved property to an all-time great franchise. The burden of expectations on its sequel is a heavy one, but after how good the 2018 game was, it’s hard not to be optimistic about the future. Other than a brief teaser trailer (which showed us nothing besides a logo), we’ve seen absolutely nothing of Ragnarok (hell, it’s not even officially called Ragnarok), to the extent that we’re even unsure if it will manage to hit its 2021 launch- but if it does, it’ll probably end up being one of the biggest games of the year.
