Super Mario Sunshine – Killing the Octopus
Super Mario Sunshine’s own scary moment is particularly painful, if only because it forces the player to commit unspeakable evil. There’s an octopus boss, and if you’re in the right mindset, you can probably imagine where this is going. And you’d be right. To defeat this octopus, you don’t jump on its head or shoot it with your water cannon. You have to inexpiably rip each ever every one of its tentacles off, then bash it in the head with them.
