The Original Xbox – Background Voices
Everyone knows about the weird noises and voices in the original Xbox dashboard by now. They’re apparently taken from old NASA recordings and heavily distorted. But back when the original Xbox came out, these voices were incredibly creepy to anyone not expecting it. Most people didn’t even realize it was coming from their console, and can you blame them? Why would something like that be put in there to begin with?
