Ballad of Antara
If there’s one game in particular that fans of intricate and rich environments should keep an eye on, it’s Ballad of Antara. This fantasy action RPG looks downright gorgeous with its jaw-dropping world design. Every patch of dirt looks organically placed and hyper detailed. Thankfully, there’s an emphasis on exploration here. As the minimap showcases, there’s lots of open areas to investigate and check out with enemies protecting the secrets of the Para dimension and beyond. The devs have stated that each region has a unique biome and feel to it. And what’s more, it’s been confirmed that Ballad of Antara has multiplayer. Whether that multiplayer takes the form of the jolly cooperation of soulslikes or a raid-like mission structure is yet to be seen.
