NPCs who walk slowly to an objective, forcing you to wait for them
Following a character to an objective is one of the oldest missions in gaming. But gamers are rarely the patient type and some NPCs take their time walking to an objective. What’s worse, some games force you to follow them closely or you will fail the mission. While it does give the two characters time to talk, it never fails to be boring.
