Jump Force generated lots of hype when it was first announced at E3- bringing together a massive cast of shonen jump characters in a crossover fighter, with the promise of flashy, explosive battles? Sign us up, right? Sadly, the game didn’t live up to its immense potential. Though the game isn’t lacking in terms of fun – of which there’s some to be found here for sure – but a lacklustre story and occasionally repetitive combat make this an overall disappointing affair.
