LAYERS OF FEAR 2

This is not the sequel Layers of Fear deserved. Totally lacking in most things that made the first game good, Layers of Fear 2 turned out to be a damp squib, which is one of the worst things one can say about a horror game (or any game, really). Full of repetitive and generic tropes, lacking in any real scares and tension, a boring narrative, and frustrating design decisions made it a disappointing experience. At least it looked good, for what it’s worth.
