The main issue with Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing was that it’s marketing massively oversold the prospect of careening along highways in a hulking 18-wheeler, transporting illegal cargo under constant chase from aggressive police cars. The reality was a clunky, horrible mess. The idea is sound, but technically speaking the game was too glitchy to get going.
