RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE
Resident Evil’s switch to first person with RE7 may not have been to everyone’s liking, but that’s what the series is going back to with its next mainline sequel- and it looks amazing so far. Its Eastern European village and the castle it will lead to look like excellent settings, its promising a classic blend of puzzle-solving, horror, action, and exploration, and with the promise of everything from zombies to sledgehammer-wielding giants to werewolves to towering vampire ladies, there’s going to be more than a few bad guys to take on as well.
