It’s been said plenty of times now but Nomada Studio simply exceeded expectations with Neva. It took the learnings from Gris, emphasizing a wordless narrative and embarked on a more epic adventure, one transcending multiple seasons and the growth of a wolf pup. The action and platforming were much more solid, while the aesthetic remains as awe-inspiring as its predecessor. As short as the ride may have been, Neva mesmerized us throughout.
