14. R-Zone

Of all consoles to copy, Tiger attempted to jump on the Virtual Boy bandwagon in 1995 with their R-Zone. Sporting a fetching headset design and repetitive software library, this device managed to go through three variations before finally biting the dust in the later 90s. Projecting the screen into users' eyes with a series of mirrors, the R-Zone was an interesting concept let down by poor games, low battery life and that ugly red graphical tinge that ruined Nintendo's Virtual Boy.
