RATCHET AND CLANK (2016)

ratchet and clank

Ratchet and Clank’s 2016 remake is definitely the odd one out in the list. Unlike most other games we’ve spoken of so far, it doesn’t go for photorealism, and has a very stylized and cartoonish look- but it bolsters that look with some seriously impressive tech. Insomniac’s action platformer constantly displays a ridiculous level of sheen and polish, to the extent that it almost looks like a playable Pixar movie.
