A scary replica of the Tank boss in Left 4 Dead 2 is now on sale from Gaming Heads.
The 15 inch masterpiece costs $300 for the standard version, and an extra $25 for the ‘exclusive version’- a slightly rarer version of the zombie, complete with pump action shotgun.
“Gaming Heads is proud to introduce the Tank from our Left 4 Dead 2 line!
The Tank has been heavily mutated by a strain of the infection. It has developed immense, thick muscles that not only indicate its incredible strength and endurance, but make it nearly bulletproof, resulting in extreme fire-power being needed to take one down. Its mind has also been heavily affected, making it extremely bloodthirsty.
The Tank has been faithfully recreated, posed having just smashed through a reinforced door. Its eyes have been painted with luminous paints that glows in the dark giving him a frenzied infected look.
In order to create the most accurate statue, we have used the actual game files. He measures approximately 15 inches tall, including the base. Comes packed in a foam interior full colored box with a validation card which ensures your product is genuine. Highly limited at only 750 pieces available worldwide. Cast in high quality poly-stone, the statue is hand finished and hand painted to exacting standards.”
It would certainly look interesting on the mantelpiece.
