Hunter class was originally mean to be like the bounty Hunter
I’m sure that many of you love the classes you picked out, while some of you regretted it, because it didn’t suit you, or it was just “meh”. But the developers put a lot of thought in each of the classes and each of them has some pretty interesting back-story. For example, During Bungie’s GDC 2013 Panel, the company stated that the Hunter class is meant to be similar to the classic “bounty hunter,” and took inspiration from influences such as Han Solo and as well as classic characters from iconic films, for example, Clint Eastwood’s the Man with No Name.
