Awoken took inspiration from elves, vampires
Those of you who have encountered the Awoken would know that they are kind of a pasty faced kind of folk who are quite deadly. However The Awoken are a strange race and they are a kind of bluish-gray-skinned player species in Destiny that are descendants of Humans. The idea or rather the inspiration for the Awoken came from mythological creatures such as elves, vampires and ghosts.
