WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2008

Advertisers always love to create controversial ads so that they could boost sales. Looking at this trailer of 2 surfer dudes playing the WWE Smackdown game with their girlfriends would be a cheesy ad, but it would have been less controversial if they all had some clothes on and not be playing in swimwear. Also, it seems that THQ really underestimated their audience – kids like these aren’t playing wrestling games. Heck, kids like these don’t even watch wrestling these days except when The Rock comes back or CM Punk says everything sucks in an infamous promo before John Cena eventually wins everything at the end of the day.
