8 Video Game Franchises That Get More Hate Than They Deserve

8. Call of Duty

I'm probably gonna get a lot of hate mail for this one. I'm not going to say the hate against Call of Duty is unjustified. A lot of it isn't. I, myself do not like how a game is released every single year, almost completely unchanged from the last one, and how Activision has been using the same freaking engine since CoD 2. But to be fair, no CoD game in recent memory has been BAD. Each game in the franchise is enjoyable. Some or worse than others, but each game is, at the end of the day, a lot of fun to play through. However, Activision should give the franchise a break. It's about time.
