Starward Industries, better known for the sci-fi adventure title The Invincible, has announced a new “anti-combat” game – Dante’s Ring. As an action-adventure RPG with survival and “arcade” elements, players control an explorer venturing to an “extinct volcanic range.” Check out the announcement trailer below.
Coming “soon” to PC via Steam Early Access, players must attempt to survive and save people. There are plenty of decisions, from choices that influence the story to encouraging cooperation between factions. You’ll use retro-like equipment to deal with fires, solve puzzles, and more, with different classes available.
Dante’s Ring doesn’t have a release date for early access, but Starward Industries is aiming for the full game to arrive in 2026. Early access will see new traversal methods, locations, and tools throughout, though the exact content available when it goes live is unknown. While the price will be lower when early access goes live, “external factors” could result in variations. Stay tuned for further updates and details on its release in the coming months.
