Yes you can steal cars and sell them. This option is for the desperate and for those who just like to mess around with their friends who are careless enough to not lock their cars in the first place. Depending on what brand of car it is, you can expect a decent payout for your work. Just make sure that the person that you stole it from doesn’t come seeking revenge.
