94. Wei Shen (Sleeping Dogs)

Wei Shen is a pretty cool character and has gone through some rough patches and has conquered the odds. Wei Shen infiltrated the Triads by going undercover for the Hong Kong Police. Due to his skills with guns, and hand to hand combat and driving, Wei Shen is a useful asset and goes up the Triads ranks. He was brutally tortured at the end of the game, but he still managed to take down his torturer after sustaining grievous injuries.
